This is a great book on Christian living. Lundgaard takes the incredible insight and understanding of the Puritans (particularly John Owen) and puts it into modern day illustrations. I was deeply affected by this book and recommend it to any Christian who seeks to destroy the old man and who struggles with sin (I think thats all of us...)

I was at church with my ficnae on June 5th and it was one of the best sermons ever. The content was speaking directly to us. That day I made up my mind to not spend nites over at my ficnaes house and pretending everything was right when I knew in my heart it was WRONG. So for me Steve put it like it is and I listened to the word of God and now I am going forth and trying to do the right thing. Thank you so much and I will finish out the series of sermons and continue to do what is right in Gods eyes (not mine)!

Ridge, you really stucrk a chord with me on this one! And you are absolutely right, it's affecting the very core of our thinking. I'm sure you may sometimes wonder how or if what you post is received. On this one, dear brother, I believe you hit the nail squarely on the head. Thanks.
